Responsibilities

  • Generating leads, assisting customers on the yard and online, and closing deals
  • Engaging customers in person, online, and over the phone
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles
  • Managing enquiries and follow ups through the sales process
  • Conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations
  • Negotiating sales and finance options
  • Completing sales documentation accurately and on time
  • Delivering vehicles and ensuring a positive handover experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer facing role (preferred)
  • A driven and results focused mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Professional presentation and approach
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment
  • High attention to detail and organisation
  • Current driver’s licence
