Responsibilities
Act as the operational engine and strategic integrator within Manulife Bank’s Sales Enablement & Effectiveness function.
Turn enterprise strategy into executable, measurable programs that equip field sales, advisors, and broker channels to drive sustainable revenue growth and client experience excellence.
Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives that connect people, process, and platforms across Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations to reduce friction and enhance productivity.
Establish repeatable program management and governance disciplines that ensure every enablement initiative is rooted in data, anchored to key performance indicators, and aligned to broader organizational priorities.
Guide a team of specialists responsible for strategic initiatives and front-line sales support, championing a culture of execution excellence and continuous improvement.
Translate business ambitions into realized sales enablement outcomes that directly impact advisor satisfaction, pipeline conversion, and organizational efficiency.
Act as the critical bridge between vision and execution, driving momentum, governing priorities, and ensuring the sales organization remains fully equipped for success in a regulated and competitive marketplace.
Requirements
7+ years in sales enablement, program management, or sales operations within financial services or comparable regulated industries.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems (Salesforce preferred) and enablement technologies (Seismic, LMS, Power BI or similar).
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Exceptional organizational and program-management skills with attention to detail and risk awareness.
Experience balancing governance requirements with speed and innovation.
Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to senior audiences.
People-leadership experience with a track record of developing talent and driving engagement.
