Managing and developing an assigned territory of wholesale partners and/or key accounts
Achieving sales and KPI targets, maintaining brand standards
Implementation of guidelines and training support for Key Accounts
Building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience working in retail
Experience in people management
Driver’s license
Ability to run a store with a clear focus on excellent customer service
Hands-on and solution-oriented mentality
Excellent communication skills – fluent in Swedish and English
Experience with KPI’s, analyzing data and retail reporting
