About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing wholesale partners in the Nordics. Achieving sales targets and building relationships while offering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing an assigned territory of wholesale partners and/or key accounts
  • Achieving sales and KPI targets, maintaining brand standards
  • Implementation of guidelines and training support for Key Accounts
  • Building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working in retail
  • Experience in people management
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability to run a store with a clear focus on excellent customer service
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented mentality
  • Excellent communication skills – fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience with KPI’s, analyzing data and retail reporting
