Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and the various modules and functionalities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting
