Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
  • Leverage Workday Recruiting to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Actively engage in career fairs and university recruiting events
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in talent acquisition
  • Support the global recruiting team by helping set goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
  • Proficiency in Workday Recruiting is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and the various modules and functionalities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting
