Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
Leverage Workday Recruiting to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Actively engage in career fairs and university recruiting events
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends in talent acquisition
Support the global recruiting team by helping set goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
Proficiency in Workday Recruiting is highly desirable
Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and the various modules and functionalities
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting
