Responsibilities
You will lead our HR Operations team, further develop team competencies, and play a key role in shaping organizational and procedural working methods within HR.
You will shape our HR processes from onboarding to offboarding and, together with your team, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
As the main point of contact, you will support managers and employees on all HR-related matters—transparent, reliable and solution-oriented.
You will coordinate collaboration between HR, Finance, IT, external service providers and the works council—always with a focus on smooth operations and shared goals.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements is your responsibility. You identify development needs early and implement practical optimizations.
You set standards, drive improvements and ensure that optimizations are implemented consistently.
Requirements
You have at least four years of experience in HR operations and have worked independently in roles such as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in functional or disciplinary leadership—or you are ready to take the next step into a team leader role.
You are familiar with employment law, payroll tax and social security matters and apply this knowledge confidently in daily practice.
You have a strong IT and process orientation and a clear eye for efficient structures and robust workflows.
A service-oriented and reliable manner makes you a trusted sparring partner for managers and employees.
You work in a structured way, anticipate needs and find pragmatic solutions—even when situations are complex or time-critical.
