Responsibilities
- You will lead our HR Operations team, further develop team competencies, and play a key role in shaping organizational and procedural working methods within HR.
- You will shape our HR processes from onboarding to offboarding and, together with your team, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- As the main point of contact, you will support managers and employees on all HR-related matters—transparent, reliable and solution-oriented.
- You will coordinate collaboration between HR, Finance, IT, external service providers and the works council—always with a focus on smooth operations and shared goals.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements is your responsibility. You identify development needs early and implement practical optimizations.
- You set standards, drive improvements and ensure that optimizations are implemented consistently.
Requirements
- You have at least four years of experience in HR operations and have worked independently in roles such as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in functional or disciplinary leadership—or you are ready to take the next step into a team leader role.
- You are familiar with employment law, payroll tax and social security matters and apply this knowledge confidently in daily practice.
- You have a strong IT and process orientation and a clear eye for efficient structures and robust workflows.
- A service-oriented and reliable manner makes you a trusted sparring partner for managers and employees.
- You work in a structured way, anticipate needs and find pragmatic solutions—even when situations are complex or time-critical.
