Responsibilities
Independently manage and expand existing customer relationships across our international base of approximately 400 clients
Advise and support customers in optimizing their PLM roadmap and in digital transformation initiatives
Work closely with internal teams (sales, development, support) to ensure smooth project execution
Present and sell our PLM solutions with a focus on Siemens software as well as our own software solutions and services
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Requirements
Completed foundational education and ideally a tertiary degree (HF/FH) in engineering/technical fields, industrial engineering or business informatics
Passion for sales and a strong interest in PLM software, particularly Siemens solutions
Ideally experience in account management, preferably in digitalization, PLM or technology roadmaps
Strong communication and negotiation skills to strategically shape and develop customer relationships
Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple terms
High self-motivation and the ability to perform successfully in dynamic environments
Native speaker of German or French and very good written and spoken command (min. C1) of the complementary national language (German or French)
Solid English skills (B2) are required. Italian language skills are desirable and considered an advantage.
