About the role

  • Assistant RH en alternance pour une entreprise partenaire au sein d’une structure du secteur retail. Rédaction des offres, gestion des CV, administration du personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Write and post job advertisements according to managers' needs.
  • Screen CVs, conduct telephone pre-screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Manage employee administration: occupational health appointments, sick leave declarations, HR documentation.
  • Support internal and external communications.
  • Update HR dashboards (headcount, absences, QVCT — Quality of Work Life and Working Conditions — indicators, etc.).
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the QVCT action plan.

Requirements

  • Experienced (minimum 2 years in a company) and passionate about human resources.
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage priorities.
  • Flexible, responsive and committed.
  • Valued for empathy and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Digital agility and technological curiosity.
  • Collaborative spirit and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Validated Level 6 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) or a two-year degree (Bac+2) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources.
