About the role

  • HR Coordinator managing onboarding processes and employee support for NinjaOne IT management company. Handling HR inquiries and ensuring data management within HRIS system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding steps associated with transitioning candidates to new hires
  • Be the front-line face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions
  • Responsible for data management within HR information system
  • Performs quality checks and regular audits of employee personnel data
  • Processes terminations in HRIS

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is preferred
  • 1-4 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Experience using an HRIS
