Responsibilities
Manage the full benefits administration cycle, with a focus on health and dental plans, Wellhub, and the Benefits Club;
Be responsible for the payment process and meticulous verification of supplier invoices, ensuring consistency between supplier data, contracts, transactions, and payroll;
Maintain strict control of benefit movements, ensuring deadlines are met, legal compliance, and data integrity;
Manage, organize, and continuously update databases and internal controls, primarily using spreadsheets;
Manage relationships with suppliers and brokers, handling inquiries, tracking requests, and ensuring resolution within established SLAs;
Provide employee support and clarification regarding benefits, focusing on health plans, Wellhub, and the Discount Club;
Support employees in sensitive situations with empathy, active listening, confidentiality, and a supportive manner;
Work collaboratively with Health, Safety, and Quality of Life teams, contributing to initiatives and continuous improvements;
Support the team in organizing processes, controls, and routines within the area, contributing to efficiency and reliability of information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
Strong experience with benefits administration, especially health and dental plans;
Experience with invoice reconciliation, financial controls, and deadline management;
Knowledge of the benefits market and experience managing relationships with suppliers and brokers;
Advanced Excel (formulas, database organization, controls, and analysis);
Organized, analytical profile with a strong sense of responsibility;
Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities;
Availability to work in a hybrid model, on-site 4 to 8 times per month in downtown Rio de Janeiro.
