Responsibilities
- Elaborar pareceres e análises jurídicas sobre legislação aplicável ao setor de Life Sciences e Saúde.
- Atuar em processos regulatórios junto a órgãos como ANVISA, MAPA, ANS e demais autoridades competentes.
- Atuação em processos administrativos.
- Assessorar clientes em temas relacionados a registro de produtos, Compliance regulatório, publicidade e rotulagem.
- Monitorar alterações legislativas e regulatórias, propondo soluções adequadas.
- Elaborar contratos e documentos relacionados à área regulatória e comercial.
Requirements
- Formação completa em Direito entre **2020** e **2023**
- OAB ativa.
- Inglês avançado - fluente será diferencial.
- Experiência anterior com contratos e/ou regulatório de Life Sciences.
- Diferencial: Candidato(as) que possuírem experiência anterior na IA Harvey e/ou outras.
