About the role

  • Sales Development Representative targeting potential clients in a diverse tech ecosystem. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Map potential accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology;
  • Engage and convert prospects through different channels - email, social media, phone, etc.;
  • Effectively manage and maintain online sales tools;
  • Generate new business opportunities to feed the sales pipeline;
  • Work closely with the sales team to move prospects through the pipeline and with the marketing team to engage leads with inbound marketing campaigns;
  • Meet monthly quotas by generating qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pre-sales;
  • Organized in daily routines and task management;
  • Proactive attitude and a hunter mindset;
  • Ability to build and maintain your own pipeline (lost deals, customer base, outbound, etc.);
  • Curious and eager to learn and grow, open to feedback;
  • Up-to-date on best practices in marketing, sales, and post-sales;
  • Genuinely concerned about our customers throughout their journey with us;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge and application of sales frameworks such as SPIN Selling and/or SPICED.
