Responsibilities
Generar nuevas oportunidades para soluciones SaaS de RRHH mediante outreach multicanal (email, LinkedIn, llamadas, vídeo).
Cualificar oportunidades inbound y outbound, identificando necesidades reales de negocio y alineándolas con la propuesta de valor.
Investigar y mapear cuentas objetivo, identificando decisores clave en RRHH e IT.
Probar nuevos mensajes, enfoques y estrategias comerciales, contribuyendo a procesos de Go-To-Market y outbound escalable.
Colaborar estrechamente con Account Executives / Account Managers para asegurar traspasos de calidad y mejorar ratios de conversión.
Compartir feedback con los equipos de Marketing y Producto para mejorar discurso, posicionamiento y demos.
Mantener el seguimiento de la actividad comercial de forma estructurada.
Requirements
Español nativo y inglés profesional alto (otros idiomas son un plus).
Experiencia previa o fuerte motivación por desarrollarte en ventas B2B SaaS (SDR / BDR).
Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación comercial.
Perfil organizado, analítico y orientado a objetivos, cómodo en entornos dinámicos y exigentes.
Mentalidad proactiva y experimental, con ganas de aprender, probar y crecer.
Capacidad de adaptación y energía para formar parte de un entorno start-up en crecimiento.
