Responsibilities
Screen intern resumes, prioritizing candidates based on qualifications and requirements.
Screen Beauty Advisor resumes, identifying suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct phone interviews for intern candidates, assessing their suitability for the role
Utilize the Workable platform to screen resumes, ensuring efficient candidate management.
Post job advertisements on relevant Facebook groups to attract qualified candidates.
Making Interview meeting and arrangements
Ensure Workable and Facebook are current with available job ads and post new positions on various websites including Facebook
Attend seminars and meetings related to the HR profession.
Cultivate interpersonal skills
Develop negotiating and public speaking skills
Collect and compile all required information for submission to the Department of Skills Development (DSD)
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to DSD, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Assemble and organize the following documents for DSD submission
Research and identify potential training vendors based on training needs
Compare and evaluate training vendor proposals, considering factors such as cost, quality, and relevance
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
Proofread HR documents including HR information, and handbooks.
Generate and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Fill in and maintain accurate information related to part-time and full-time employees in relevant databases and systems.
Translate emails, documents, and other materials between English and Thai to ensure clear communication across the organization
Design, create, and maintain comprehensive welcome books for new hires, containing essential company information and onboarding materials
Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
Design and implement seasonal decorations for the board and office area, ensuring a visually appealing and thematic environment
Develop and execute engaging activities related to seasonal themes to foster team bonding and morale.
Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of team activities, including preparation and execution.
Promote team spirit and create a positive work atmosphere through engaging activities and decorations
Work proactively with other team members.
Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.
Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Strong passion and genuine interest in the field of Human Resources
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking
Personable and approachable, with the ability to comfortably and pleasantly interact with a diverse range of individuals
Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
