Responsibilities
Own the entire outbound process — from first contact to a scheduled demo.

Manage every touchpoint precisely and consistently.
Write and execute cold-email campaigns for the DACH markets.
Conduct structured LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers.
Set up and refine lead funnels — no lead left behind.
Collaborate on high-converting landing pages.
Coordinate follow-ups and prepare demo calls to maximize close rates.
Requirements
Native-level German (fluent).
3–5 years' experience in B2B outbound or sales.
Strong writing instincts — clear, sharp, no fluff.
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar.
Self-starter who creates structure rather than just follows it.
Willingness to travel — occasional business trips to the DACH region (as agreed with the client).
