About the role

Responsibilities
- Shape the document management vision and business case
- Contribute to defining unit-level targets and achieving objectives
- Support team deliveries toward organizational goals
- Monitor compliance and risk factors in the document management domain
- Map and maintain document management processes
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and IT teams
- Lead data quality and improvement initiatives
- Provide support and training to users of the document management system
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT or Finance sector
- Knowledge of the O365 suite and understanding of document management systems
- Experience with governance frameworks and regulated environments
- Grasp of business process management principles
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Professional certifications such as CSPO, A-CSPO, ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
