Responsibilities
Shape the document management vision and business case
Contribute to defining unit-level targets and achieving objectives
Support team deliveries toward organizational goals
Monitor compliance and risk factors in the document management domain
Map and maintain document management processes
Collaborate with third-party vendors and IT teams
Lead data quality and improvement initiatives
Provide support and training to users of the document management system
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT or Finance sector
Knowledge of the O365 suite and understanding of document management systems
Experience with governance frameworks and regulated environments
Grasp of business process management principles
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate complex information effectively
Professional certifications such as CSPO, A-CSPO, ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP considered a strong advantage
Fluent in English, spoken and written
