Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to internal and external planning Counsel and the Program Delivery team
Ensures accurate information during all phases of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program development and delivery process
Supports special projects related to on-demand and/or digital learning programs
Coordinates the operation of the Registration Desk for in-person programs
Supports program operations through the Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinates travel arrangements for out-of-town presenters
Manages communications and support for licensees, speakers, and presenters
Processes program evaluations and tracks attendance statistics
Prepares program materials, notices, and correspondence in a timely manner
Assists with the maintenance and sustainment of the CPD Presenter Resource Centre
Processes presenter expense reports and invoices for payment
Requirements
Completion of a 3-year college program in Administration, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general administration in the legal profession or a related environment
Knowledge of Law Society practices, procedures and protocols
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
