About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the end-to-end commercial funnel (Pre-Sales → Sales → Expansion).
  • Ensure predictable results through analysis, forecasting models and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to support the leadership's strategic decisions.
  • Structure and enhance handoff, qualification and follow-up processes for leads and opportunities.
  • Manage the CRM (HubSpot) and other tools used by the commercial teams.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure data-driven ramp-up and training.
  • Support commercial leadership in defining targets, territories and incentive structures.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and lead continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency.
  • Conduct productivity analyses, funnel efficiency studies and performance reviews by squad, stage or ICP.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops or commercial operations at technology companies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and analytics tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and solid command of commercial performance metrics.
  • Experience designing commercial processes, playbooks, cadences and follow-up routines.
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented profile, able to connect teams, anticipate issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Differentiators:
  • Experience in SaaS companies or businesses with a consultative sales model.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as SPIN, Predictable Revenue, OKRs or Agile.
  • Previous experience in commercial expansion, launching squads or operational restructuring.
