About the role

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a coordinator with a strong sales and results orientation, able to operate both tactically and strategically, ensuring clear direction, data-driven decisions, and consistency in executing the commercial strategy.
  • Coordinate the Acquisition Center with a focus on commercial performance, conversion, and sustainability of results.
  • Translate the commercial strategy into tactical directives and action plans, ensuring execution aligned with the business.
  • Define, monitor, and evolve the area's sales methodology (funnel, pipeline, cadence, and forecast).
  • Contribute to defining the commercial focus, prioritizing products, and guiding the team's activities.
  • Monitor commercial and operational performance indicators, analyzing trends, variances, and opportunities.
  • Make tactical, data-driven decisions to ensure predictability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop team leaders, ensuring clarity of direction and autonomy in execution.
  • Ensure team adherence to processes, sales methodology, and established standards.
  • Work collaboratively with partner areas (data, operations, HR, and technology) to enable the strategy.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Acquisition Center through process adjustments, KPIs, and strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience coordinating sales, acquisition, or commercial areas.
  • Experience with sales methodology, including funnel management, pipeline organization, cadence definition, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience managing commercial teams and indirect leadership (leading leaders).
  • Strong experience with commercial performance and productivity metrics.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and make decisions.
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and systems thinking.
  • Experience with data analysis and dashboards (Power BI and similar tools).
  • Ability to structure action plans and translate strategy into tactical execution.
