Training and Development: designing content and leading training sessions and curricula.
Performance Evaluation Cycle: competency assessments, career committees; monitoring feedback stages and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Career and Succession: mapping key positions and succession planning.
Employee Engagement and Climate Surveys: administering surveys, analyzing results, and deploying action plans.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Knowledge of corporate learning methodologies and organizational development.
Experience in leadership development and engagement programs.
Experience managing onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
Experience with DHO (Human and Organizational Development) metrics and KPIs, data analysis, and management reporting.
Ability to design training content and deliver educational initiatives.
Project management skills and experience executing organizational programs.
