Reception and Customer Experience Specialist responsible for visitor experiences at ARC Monterrey. Involves customer service, administration, and logistical support in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Recibir y orientar a visitantes, técnicos y proveedores.
Gestionar llamadas, correos electrónicos y canalización de solicitudes.
Controlar accesos y mantener registros de entrada y salida conforme a protocolos.
Coordinar la logística de salas y reuniones, asegurando disponibilidad y orden.
Gestionar inventarios y requisiciones internas, incluyendo generación de solped para artículos de oficina.
Dar seguimiento con logística a la entrada y salida de equipos.
Proveer y revisar EPP, incluyendo video obligatorio para ingreso al ARC.
Solicitar y coordinar servicios de mantenimiento preventivo.
Controlar y dar seguimiento a proveedores externos (fumigación, residuos, extintores, etc.).
Elaborar reportes relacionados con métricas de sustentabilidad.
Apoyar en la planeación y ejecución de eventos corporativos.
Realizar reservación de espacios y coordinación de recursos necesarios.
Elaborar cronogramas, listas de asistencia y documentación del evento.
Gestionar la comunicación interna y apoyo fotográfico cuando sea requerido.
Solicitar y coordinar servicios de alimentos y bebidas para reuniones y eventos.
Supervisar el montaje, entrega y presentación del servicio.
Asegurar estándares de higiene, calidad y tiempos de entrega.
Control y actualización de inventarios de productos promocionales.
Requirements
Bachillerato concluido; preferente carrera técnica o profesional en Administración, Hospitalidad, Comunicación, o afines.
1 añoo en roles de atención al cliente, recepción, coordinación administrativa u operaciones.
Experiencia manejando proveedores y logística de eventos (deseable).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
