Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support liaison, resolving complex software issues for Trimble’s premier MEP estimating package.
  • Guide customers through sophisticated system setup, configuration, and implementation.
  • Master multi-channel communication to provide high-level technical solutions.
  • Translate intricate technical concepts into actionable steps for users.
  • Drive product excellence by identifying root causes and collaborating on solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting foundation in Windows, networking, and general computer systems.
  • Analytical thinker capable of identifying and resolving root cause software issues.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Customer-oriented communicator with a talent for explaining technical logic.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a technical customer support or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with AutoBid software or basic SQL knowledge.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
