Responsibilities
Ensure WW Managed Print Services processes are executed as per Lexmark’s capabilities
Manage day-to-day contract execution, escalation management, and customer reports
Work closely with global and operational teams to provide alignment on operational practices and customer contractual requirements
Support WW system/process changes and continuous improvement activities
Coordinate and drive billing issues resolution
Requirements
In-depth understanding of Lexmark’s global processes and systems
Consultation/guidance to Lexmark pre-sales team on capabilities and services
Contractual interpretation and management of customer requirements
Coordination with Customer Operations and back office teams
Ability to monitor/audit process execution
Experience in customer service/managed services
Ability to facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
