About the role

  • Business Operations Manager managing operational practices and customer contract execution in WW Managed Print Services. Collaborating with global and local teams to ensure compliance with Lexmark’s capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure WW Managed Print Services processes are executed as per Lexmark’s capabilities
  • Manage day-to-day contract execution, escalation management, and customer reports
  • Work closely with global and operational teams to provide alignment on operational practices and customer contractual requirements
  • Support WW system/process changes and continuous improvement activities
  • Coordinate and drive billing issues resolution

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of Lexmark’s global processes and systems
  • Consultation/guidance to Lexmark pre-sales team on capabilities and services
  • Contractual interpretation and management of customer requirements
  • Coordination with Customer Operations and back office teams
  • Ability to monitor/audit process execution
  • Experience in customer service/managed services
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must possess analytical skills
