Responsibilities
Communicate with New Home Consultants regarding sales production demands and goal setting
Prepare sales numbers monthly, quarterly, and yearly
Conduct sales meetings and phone bank
Enforce company policies and resolve problems
Visit each community weekly
Develop and execute Realtor Programs
Assist in organizing special events promoting communities
Mentor New Home Consultants and contribute to performance appraisals
Assist in problem solving of sales and closing issues
Work closely with Marketing to adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
Minimum High School or GED required
Minimum 5 years proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales
Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial role
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Lotus Notes (e-mail)
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Valid Auto Insurance coverage
Real Estate license required
