About the role

  • Director of Sales overseeing sales operations at Lennar, a leading homebuilder. Responsible for mentoring New Home Consultants and driving sales performance across multiple communities.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with New Home Consultants regarding sales production demands and goal setting
  • Prepare sales numbers monthly, quarterly, and yearly
  • Conduct sales meetings and phone bank
  • Enforce company policies and resolve problems
  • Visit each community weekly
  • Develop and execute Realtor Programs
  • Assist in organizing special events promoting communities
  • Mentor New Home Consultants and contribute to performance appraisals
  • Assist in problem solving of sales and closing issues
  • Work closely with Marketing to adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial role
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Lotus Notes (e-mail)
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Valid Auto Insurance coverage
  • Real Estate license required
