Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Representatives
Set clear expectations for performance, activity standards, and sales behaviors
Conduct regular 1-on-1’s coaching, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and feedback
Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent to meet the business needs
Establish, monitor, and enforce daily and weekly activity standards
Ensure consistent execution of sales processes across the region
Drive productivity and effective time management across the sales team
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans as needed
Own revenue, margin, new business and warranty sales performance
Drive new business through disciplined outbound prospecting and lead conversion
Ensure each representative maintains a healthy and actionable sales pipeline
Partner with team on key deals, strategic accounts, and complex negotiations
Drive consistent promotion and sale of warranty products
Ensure warranty attachment and revenue targets are achieved
Coach the team on value-based warranty selling and objection handling
Track, analyze, and report regional performance against key KPIs
Use data and dashboards to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Prepare and present regional updates to senior leadership
Ensure CRM accuracy and compliance across the sales team
Requirements
Proven experience managing a sales team
Strong understanding of outbound sales model and sales processes
Demonstrated success in business development and value-added product sales
Hands-on coaching and performance management capability
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Experience using CRM and sales performance management tools
Ability to travel within the assigned region as required
