  • Sales Manager leading a team of real estate agents at Redfin. Focus on customer satisfaction, team growth, and sales targets in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

  • Put Customers First: You’ll proactively reach out to customers to build trust, loyalty and ensure consistent quality in service and champion agents.
  • Build The Best Team: You’ll actively recruit, hire, onboard and retain a diverse and inclusive team of top-performing agents using internal tools, resources and programs to drive and measure success.
  • Drive Sales: You’ll inspire, coach and partner with agents to ambitiously build their Redfin business and empower your team to meet or exceed their goals.
  • Lead By Example: You’ll model expertise in market, property and contract knowledge, setting the highest standard for service while maintaining high close, attach, and loyalty rates.

Requirements

  • Active Real Estate License in the state where you will be working (required)
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
  • Have closed 40 lifetime sales transactions/deals
  • 3+ years of residential real estate sales experience with a strong grasp of real estate sales skills, contracts, negotiations, working with buyers and sellers, and building a sphere of influence.
  • 2+ years of experience with direct experience leading, developing, or mentoring agents
