Responsibilities
Own day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes)
Support a diverse workforce including employees, EORs and contractors
Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems
Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and recurring HR operations across multiple countries
Act as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and operational requests
Ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and well documented
Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or a similar role
Experience in a startup or scale-up is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear and effective communicator

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
