About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes)
  • Support a diverse workforce including employees, EORs and contractors
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and recurring HR operations across multiple countries
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and operational requests
  • Ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and well documented

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or a similar role
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information
  • Desire to create a positive, consistent, and human employee experience
  • Fluent in French and English
