About the role

  • HR Coordinator managing administrative tasks and onboarding for LEARN Behavioral, a national organization for autism treatment. Supporting employee inquiries and maintaining HR records.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day HR tasks, such as updating new and current employee records, preparing HR and employee documentation, running reports, and ensuring personnel files are up to date.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding basic HR inquiries, policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding in UKG, ensuring smooth transitions – including conducting exit interviews and reporting to regional HR leader, as needed or requested.
  • Support employee relations efforts by gathering information for investigations and assisting in resolving minor workplace issues, and closing out minor issues with terminated employees.
  • Conduct ad hoc research on HR best practices, labor laws, etc.
  • Input and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions conducted by HR team, including tracking attendance and completion.
  • Ensure documentation and processes align with compliance requirements.
  • Help organize employee engagement events or HR-related meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum 1-2 years of HR or Administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS (UKG experience a plus), Applicant Tracking, and Electronic Onboarding (ICIMS a plus!)
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to multitask and assist with projects simultaneously under pressure.
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex verbal and written instructions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Position requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
