HR Coordinator managing administrative tasks and onboarding for LEARN Behavioral, a national organization for autism treatment. Supporting employee inquiries and maintaining HR records.
Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day HR tasks, such as updating new and current employee records, preparing HR and employee documentation, running reports, and ensuring personnel files are up to date.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding basic HR inquiries, policies and procedures.
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding in UKG, ensuring smooth transitions – including conducting exit interviews and reporting to regional HR leader, as needed or requested.
Support employee relations efforts by gathering information for investigations and assisting in resolving minor workplace issues, and closing out minor issues with terminated employees.
Conduct ad hoc research on HR best practices, labor laws, etc.
Input and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions conducted by HR team, including tracking attendance and completion.
Ensure documentation and processes align with compliance requirements.
Help organize employee engagement events or HR-related meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum 1-2 years of HR or Administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS (UKG experience a plus), Applicant Tracking, and Electronic Onboarding (ICIMS a plus!)
Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
Ability to multitask and assist with projects simultaneously under pressure.
Requires attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.
Ability to understand and follow complex verbal and written instructions.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
