About the role

  • Marketing Automation Specialist optimizing marketing and sales automation for clients, enhancing lead management processes and tools. Working closely with various teams and providing training in automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You develop, implement and optimize marketing and sales automation processes across the entire customer journey (for our clients and internally at Leadwunder)
  • You design holistic, cross-departmental solutions and advise our clients to ensure the sustainable success of the measures
  • You technically implement automated, performance-driven marketing campaigns (forms, landing pages, email campaigns, etc.) in a way that enables control and optimization (e.g., through comprehensive data tracking and reporting)
  • You work closely with strategy, marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of processes
  • You select appropriate tools, introduce them and support their further development (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, n8n)
  • You create reports, dashboards and KPIs to make the success of automation initiatives measurable
  • You train our clients and colleagues in the use of marketing and sales automation solutions
  • You continuously monitor market trends and identify new approaches in marketing and sales automation

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business, marketing, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • You have 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or sales automation, ideally in a consulting or agency environment
  • You have experience designing and implementing lead management processes (lead nurturing, lead scoring, lifecycle management) and are highly proficient with at least one common CRM system/automation platform, ideally HubSpot
  • You have strong analytical skills, a pronounced willingness to learn (a strong appetite for continuous improvement) and the ability to independently seek solutions
  • You have a pronounced technological/digital affinity and enjoy further developing tools yourself
  • You have already gained initial experience with AI-supported tools and applications, can evaluate relevant solutions and use them confidently in day-to-day work
  • You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner — and are at the same time a team player with a strong customer focus
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively — fluent in German and highly proficient in English
