About the role

  • HR Administrator at REAL Solution responsible for maintaining employee data and preparing payroll. Focused on HR project support and digitalization within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain master data in our internal systems (including HRM and time-tracking systems), including onboarding and offboarding
  • Regularly prepare and update analyses, reports and overviews
  • Create documents from templates (e.g., mail merges, certificates or employment references) and handle general correspondence
  • Prepare the monthly payroll
  • Support HR projects, in particular digitalization
  • Work confidentially and collaboratively with the works council

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Solid experience in the activities listed above
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of Personio is an advantage
  • Good legal knowledge (income tax, social security and labor law)
  • Independent, systematic and solution-oriented working style
  • Positive mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and good English language skills
