Responsibilities
Manage and maintain master data in our internal systems (including HRM and time-tracking systems), including onboarding and offboarding
Regularly prepare and update analyses, reports and overviews
Create documents from templates (e.g., mail merges, certificates or employment references) and handle general correspondence
Prepare the monthly payroll
Support HR projects, in particular digitalization
Work confidentially and collaboratively with the works council
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Solid experience in the activities listed above
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of Personio is an advantage
Good legal knowledge (income tax, social security and labor law)
Independent, systematic and solution-oriented working style
Positive mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
Very good German and good English language skills
