About the role

  • Human Resources Intern supporting day-to-day operations of HR department at REVOLVE. Engaging in various HR functions and projects while completing relevant assignments.

Responsibilities

  • support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department and acts as the first point of contact for the company
  • Completing projects and assignments within Recruiting, HR Operations, and HR analytics
  • Shadow professional development and training opportunities related to HRIS, recruiting & onboarding, employment law, employee relations, production HR, training & development, and benefits
  • Engage in HR Operations which may include: Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Recruiting
  • Assist with the coordination of employee engagement events
  • Work with the HR Operations team to draft company-wide announcements and templates
  • Assist with other HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook, Team, etc. )
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills along with heightened interpersonal skills
  • Must be an active problem solver, skilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Detail oriented with excelled verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in Human Resources
  • Strong organizational skills
