Responsibilities
As HR Business Partner, you support our production and logistics areas in the Canton of Glarus and act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees in both shift and day operations.
You support managers on all people-related topics — from recruitment and talent development to performance management and leadership and team matters.
You accompany operational and strategic HR processes as well as organizational changes such as capacity adjustments and process optimizations.
You work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Payroll and Learning & Development to ensure efficient implementation of all HR-related matters.
You provide support on employment law questions, shift models, absence management, and the further development of HR tools for production & logistics.
You analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absences, staffing levels, productivity-related HR indicators) and derive appropriate measures together with the line organization.
You actively contribute your own ideas to further develop and sustainably strengthen the production and logistics function from an HR perspective.
Requirements
You have a solid education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field — ideally complemented by further training in HR management.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner in an industrial environment. Experience in production or logistics is an advantage.
You bring solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and ideally experience with topics such as shift systems, health management or absence management.
You work in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way and can maintain the balance between operational and strategic HR responsibilities.
You communicate clearly and on equal terms, earning the trust of your stakeholders through an authentic, empathetic and reliable manner.
