About the role

  • Solutions Management Lead responsible for leading Client Technical Solutioners to deliver integrated solutions for clients. Collaborates with diverse teams across global geographies to drive client value and success.

Responsibilities

  • responsible for leading a team of Client Technical Solutioners to develop and deliver integrated solutions across Kyndryl’s Infrastructure, Project, and Consulting services
  • plays a critical part in driving client value by owning the end-to-end solution lifecycle for defined engagements
  • ensuring solutions are commercially sound, operationally deliverable, and aligned to customer objectives
  • oversees risk identification and mitigation, cost management, and delivery readiness for less complex engagements

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a services-oriented professional
  • Sales Acceleration: Both client and service oriented devoted to delivering high quality Sales Acceleration experiences for our accounts
  • Collaboration: Highly collaborative with cross-functional and, indirect teams to achieve shared outcomes
  • Solutioning: Hands-on experienced with solutioning and delivering to client organizations.
