About the role

  • BDR role focused on strategic connections and business development at Kurier. Responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for ERP solutions through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach (cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and professional networks);
  • Participate in internal and sponsored events to generate new opportunities;
  • Qualify outbound leads based on ICP and buying stage;
  • Develop targeted prospecting lists and strategies;
  • Schedule sales meetings and track leads in the CRM;
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure an efficient handover;
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on targeted outbound campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proactive, hunter profile with a results-driven mindset;
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with decision-makers;
  • Ability to adapt messaging according to the audience;
  • Mastery of prospecting and lead qualification techniques;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Ploomes);
  • Preferred: experience with outbound or consultative B2B sales;
