Responsibilities
You are responsible for end-to-end commercial order processing of incoming repairs
This includes telephone customer support, preparing quotations, and managing repair coordination with our suppliers through to re-delivery to the customer
You will also handle activity reports and invoicing for our global service deployments
You will work closely with relevant departments such as Service, Sales, and Accounting
Additionally, you will support the digitalization initiatives within your area
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training and gained several years of professional experience in the described field
In addition to commercial expertise, you demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills and a good affinity for numbers
You are familiar with modern IT systems and ERP software
Your profile is completed by a careful, independent working style, a high degree of reliability, and very good German and English language skills
