  • Telesales Agent role in Doha, Qatar engaging with clients over phone to promote services. Handling inquiries, building relationships, and meeting sales targets in a service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell our services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Professional experience 1-2 Years in telesales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
