Responsibilities
New business acquisition: You proactively identify and approach potential customers, build new relationships and maintain our existing network.
Account management: You strengthen and develop existing customer relationships to build sustainable partnerships.
Sales of advertising formats: You sell our advertising solutions and cross-media campaigns tailored to customers' needs. You prepare individual proposals and pricing calculations.
Direct outreach: Whether in person, by email, phone or at events — you are always in direct contact with customers and inspire them with our offerings.
Pharma & healthcare focus: Your target group is companies and agencies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and related sectors.
Documentation: You document your sales activities in Salesforce and regularly report your KPIs to the Chief Sales Officer.
Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues from Sales, CRM, Product Management, Editorial and Marketing to develop the best solutions for our customers.
Requirements
You have completed training or a degree in marketing, sales, media or a related field and already bring solid experience in sales and contract negotiations.
Prior experience in the healthcare sector or agency environment is not required.
You are confident in contract negotiations with decision-makers and enjoy selling tailored solutions.
You are proficient with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Very good German language skills and good English language skills complete your profile.
You stand out for your professional, personable manner, empathy and passion for sales.
You know how to set priorities and always work goal- and team-oriented.
