Responsibilities

Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e propor ações corretivas quando necessário.
Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes-chave, concessionárias e parceiros comerciais.
Garantir a execução das políticas comerciais e a padronização dos processos de vendas.
Monitorar o mercado, identificar oportunidades de crescimento e antecipar tendências competitivas.
Treinar, desenvolver e fornecer feedback contínuo à equipe de vendas.
Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas da empresa (marketing, logística, atendimento ao cliente) para garantir a melhor experiência para o cliente.

Experiência comprovada com equipes de vendas.
Forte habilidade em negociação, relacionamento interpessoal e vivencia em trabalho com equipes.
Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e tomar decisões estratégicas.
Disponibilidade para viagens dentro da região/distrito.
Possuir mobilidade para movimentações/transferências futuras para outros estados.
Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e pacote Office.
