Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end customer support resulting in accurate and efficient transactions
Assist with inquiry resolution and provide elevated levels of customer satisfaction
Support managers and employees in employee life cycle administration
Serve as subject matter expert for benefits plans in North America
Ensure benefit compliance with policies and regulations
Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefits processes
Prepare data for assessments and produce work according to standards
Drive continuous process and solution improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
Proficiency in MS Office suite
SAP SuccessFactors knowledge preferred
Service Now experience preferred
General HRIS experience preferred
English language skills required
