About the role

  • HR Solution Specialist providing customer support and benefits administration for Körber. Supporting managers and employees while ensuring compliance in North America benefits programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end customer support resulting in accurate and efficient transactions
  • Assist with inquiry resolution and provide elevated levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support managers and employees in employee life cycle administration
  • Serve as subject matter expert for benefits plans in North America
  • Ensure benefit compliance with policies and regulations
  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefits processes
  • Prepare data for assessments and produce work according to standards
  • Drive continuous process and solution improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge preferred
  • Service Now experience preferred
  • General HRIS experience preferred
  • English language skills required
  • Efficient in Excel
