  • Account Manager (SMB) managing existing accounts and identifying expansion opportunities. Focused on customer retention and driving revenue growth through security solutions in Clearwater.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your assigned book of business focusing on maximizing revenue
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities
  • Identify key decision makers and articulate our value proposition
  • Hit or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads
  • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 2+ years selling software to small and medium businesses
  • Proven sales track record
  • Relationship-building instincts
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts and challenges
  • Numbers-focused mindset
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Salesforce and Gmail proficiency
  • Bonus points: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; Network+ or Security+ certification; experience attending trade shows; background negotiating pricing
