Responsibilities
Manage B2B customer relationships and increase our current customer portfolio & product range in the respective sales channels and markets
Individual and direct product support, including frequent product demonstration at the customer's site
Draw up a suitable sales strategy to expand current market share, identify key market trends, using competitor analysis and customer feedback
General (permanent) technical sales support in the daily business (by phone, e-mail or personally) of Knipex distribution partners and end users
Provide training and service support to our B2B customers
Achieve relevant product listings and brand visibility with the sector’s key players
Support and realization of trade fairs, conventions, summits etc.
Market and competition observation plus maintenance of contact network
Proactive design and implementation of marketing tools such as POS optimization, literature and show concepts, e-business or social media support
Reporting to the Country Manager Hungary
Requirements
B.Sc. in a commercial, business, or technical field, M.Sc. degree of advantage
Experience in technical sales
Good knowledge in B2B commerce
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Affinity for social media and online marketing – understanding of importance
Experience and market expertise in one or more of our target sectors such as electrical, plumbing or construction beneficial
Driver's license and willingness to travel at least 3 to 4 days per week
