Responsibilities
You will start in B2B SaaS sales and learn how to turn leads into satisfied customers — with a product that truly makes security easier.
You handle and qualify incoming leads; light outbound activities will be introduced gradually.
Together with the team you prepare demos and workshops and will increasingly run them independently.
In conversations with customers you identify needs, discuss solutions, and help prepare proposals.
Step by step you take responsibility for the entire deal process — up to owning your own closings.
In close cooperation with the Customer Success team you ensure that new customers get off to a strong start.
Requirements
Some initial experience in sales, Customer Success, support, or another client-facing area.
Enjoyment of communication — phone calls, video calls and meeting new contacts give you energy.
Very good German spoken and written; good English for emails and occasional conversations is sufficient.
Structured, reliable working style with focus on goals and follow-ups.
Confident presence at trade shows and events — you’re willing to represent the product and the team (we’ll prepare you).
Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer appointments.
