About the role

  • Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative at Westlake Financial, leading dealer partnership growth and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with our number one customer – our dealers.
  • Increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US.
  • Manage own dealer base to understand and succeed in the Westlake Program.
  • Provide world-class customer service through training and prospecting for business opportunities.
  • Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
  • Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals.
  • Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
  • Constant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)
  • 1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
  • Clear and effective presentation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
  • Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
