Responsibilities
Support in preparing customized proposals, pitch decks and business cases for prospective clients
Preparing briefing materials for client meetings and tracking follow-up tasks
Building and maintaining lead lists, supporting outbound prospecting and preparing outreach campaigns
Identifying and mapping relevant stakeholders within target accounts
Conducting market and competitor analyses to support the sales strategy
Tracking and analyzing sales KPIs and pipeline performance, and assisting with forecasting
Assisting in the creation of communication materials for client projects and partnerships
Contributing to German-language content (e.g., campaigns, materials, LinkedIn)
Monitoring and tracking the performance of partner marketing activities
Requirements
Ideally located in or near Berlin
Enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration (BWL), Management, Marketing or a related field at a German university
Fluent in German with strong written communication skills
Strong interest in sales and commercial topics
Structured and reliable working style with high attention to detail
Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
Availability for at least 6 months
Nice to have: Initial experience in startups, sales or marketing
Interest in or background in agriculture or sustainability
