About the role

  • Develop, manage and optimize our performance marketing activities with a focus on SEO, YouTube and online listings (location entries)
  • Design, implement and continuously improve our SEO strategies — from keyword analysis and AI-assisted content creation to optimization of existing content and technical SEO
  • Build, maintain and develop our YouTube presence — from content strategy and maximizing visibility to performance analysis
  • Maintain and optimize our company profiles on Google, Facebook and other platforms to increase local visibility and strengthen brand trust
  • Analyze and report relevant KPIs (e.g., organic traffic, rankings, watch time, CTR, conversion rates) to evaluate and optimize measures
  • Derive data-driven recommendations for action to further develop our digital touchpoints
  • Work closely with content, design, digital and sales teams, and coordinate external service providers and agencies

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, media, communications or business — or an equivalent qualification
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on SEO, YouTube or performance campaigns
  • Solid experience with tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, YouTube Studio, Sistrix or Ahrefs, Yext or uberall
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven thinking and a passion for achieving measurable results
  • Creativity, initiative, teamwork and a structured way of working
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
