About the role

  • HR Generalist supporting personnel processes from onboarding to offboarding in healthcare sector. Collaborating with management and ensuring HR strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management of an assigned group of employees at a center in all HR and employment-law matters from onboarding to offboarding
  • Strategic partner to the center management and support in change processes
  • Close and trusted collaboration with our executive management, clinic managers, employee representatives, and the corporate group
  • Implementing the HR strategy based on the HR cycle
  • Conducting hires and personnel changes as well as individual disciplinary measures
  • Maintaining and monitoring the staffing plan
  • Preparation and support for the annual personnel planning
  • Contributing to and further developing HR processes
  • Providing support and taking initiative in various projects

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an HR generalist—experience in healthcare desirable
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Business Psychology, or a comparable degree with a focus on HR/employment law
  • Sound knowledge of employment and social security law
  • Generalist HR qualifications across the HR cycle
  • Experience working with employee representation bodies and in collective bargaining/tariff law
  • Enjoyment of working in a committed team
  • Confident demeanor, outgoing nature, and strong teamwork skills
  • Decision-making ability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Organized and structured approach
  • Solid user-level knowledge of MS 365
