Responsibilities
Independent management of an assigned group of employees at a center in all HR and employment-law matters from onboarding to offboarding
Strategic partner to the center management and support in change processes
Close and trusted collaboration with our executive management, clinic managers, employee representatives, and the corporate group
Implementing the HR strategy based on the HR cycle
Conducting hires and personnel changes as well as individual disciplinary measures
Maintaining and monitoring the staffing plan
Preparation and support for the annual personnel planning
Contributing to and further developing HR processes
Providing support and taking initiative in various projects
Requirements
Several years of experience as an HR generalist—experience in healthcare desirable
Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Business Psychology, or a comparable degree with a focus on HR/employment law
Sound knowledge of employment and social security law
Generalist HR qualifications across the HR cycle
Experience working with employee representation bodies and in collective bargaining/tariff law
Enjoyment of working in a committed team
Confident demeanor, outgoing nature, and strong teamwork skills
Decision-making ability and a strong sense of responsibility
Organized and structured approach
Solid user-level knowledge of MS 365
