About the role

  • Sales Development Representative focusing on smb and affiliate sales at Kikoff. Driving user acquisition through lead generation and partnership development with new affiliates.

Responsibilities

  • Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with an emphasized focus in smb and affiliate sales to join our growing team.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition growth at Kikoff by identifying, prospecting, and closing potential new partners.
  • Generate leads, host meetings/calls, and bring new partners into our affiliate referral program to expand our user acquisition scale.
  • Champion Kikoff’s products and services and become the influential first point of contact for external prospective partners.
  • Heavily contribute to Kikoff’s ambitious new user acquisition goals through smb sales.
  • Consistently overachieve monthly sales quota goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff.
  • Utilize various channels such as AI/sales tools, LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and industry events to generate leads and initiate contact.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales prospects to achieve frequent quality responses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the affiliate referrals network and refine the company’s sales playbook.
  • Monitor and track affiliate performance metrics such as leads generated, conversions, and retention rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on affiliate program performance to share with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the partnerships and marketing teams to align on user acquisition efforts with broader company objectives and initiatives.
  • Provide support in developing sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Self motivated and results-oriented individual who’s committed to producing 50-100 reach outs per day
  • Background knowledge or experience with tech, consumer credit scores, and financial service prospecting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email, with the ability to effectively engage and influence potential prospects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
