About the role

  • Full Lifecycle Recruiter sourcing diverse candidates for Kikoff's engineering, product, and operations teams. Engaging in technical recruiting with a focus on candidate empathy and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements across engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations
  • Proactively source high-quality, diverse candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative outreach techniques
  • Own the top-of-funnel sourcing motion, from initial outreach through candidate interest and handoff to the recruiting team
  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that resonates with candidates and drives response rates
  • Maintain accurate, organized pipelines and sourcing activity in the ATS
  • Support the development of repeatable, scalable sourcing strategies in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting (agency or in-house)
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Comfort working in an ATS (Ashby experience is a plus) and managing multiple pipelines
  • Clear, professional written communication and strong candidate empathy
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract capacity
  • Curious mindset with a bias toward action and process improvement
