Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
Analytical mindset with strong command of HR metrics and the ability to translate data (retention, turnover, engagement) into insights and concrete action plans.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Leadership, or Organizational Development.
