About the role

  • HR Assistant at CSC Energia responsible for employee evaluations and supporting people management projects. Assisting in training needs and employee retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of People Management projects;
  • Assist with performance evaluations;
  • Contribute to organizational climate and employee engagement surveys and initiatives;
  • Identify training needs and support development programs;
  • Assist in maintaining the job and salary plan;
  • Support the education assistance program;
  • Contribute to talent retention strategies;
  • Plan and organize internal events and company gatherings;
  • Support the review and implementation of internal policies and procedures;
  • Provide support for the implementation/onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Administration, or Human Resources;
  • 2 years of experience in Organizational Human Development activities;
  • Experience with general HR routines;
  • Basic knowledge of People Management;
  • Familiarity with job and salary plans;
  • Experience in Training and Development;
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection;
  • Experience with internal marketing (Endomarketing).
