Responsibilities
Advise restaurants in the Central-West and Northeast regions
Ensure visibility of people-related information to support strategic decision-making
Support execution of management rituals (performance meetings, feedback, monitoring results)
Help ensure adequate staffing, monitoring turnover, absenteeism and headcount indicators
Promote the company culture and values across all business units
Contribute to team development and succession planning
Support recruitment, selection and internal movement processes
Manage and monitor the budget for the area under your responsibility
Participate in performance evaluation and talent management processes
Take part in trainings and organizational development initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Business Partner or related areas is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Gupy, among others)
Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities and business acumen
Ownership mindset, sense of urgency and ability to act consultatively and strategically with leadership
Motivation to grow and contribute to the business and team development
Must reside in the state of Minas Gerais (MG)
